Requests for Proposal (RFP)
To view active OCC RFPs and solicitations, go to https://ohiobuys.ohio.gov/ and click on Public Solicitations. On the search page, select “OCC-Office of Consumers' Counsel” in the Contracting Entity drop down and “Open for Bidding” in the Solicitation Status drop down, then click Search.
Proposals and Inquiries
All inquiries must be submitted through the OhioBuys website at https://ohiobuys.ohio.gov. Please go to https://procure.ohio.gov/bidders-and-suppliers/resources for additional information on supplier registration, navigating OhioBuys, responding to RFPs and solicitations, and more. If you need assistance with registering as a supplier or accessing OhioBuys, please contact the help desk at obm.contactcenter@obm.ohio.gov (put “OhioBuys” in the subject line) or call 877-644-6771.
You will not receive a personalized e-mail response to your question, nor will you receive notification when the question has been answered. You may view inquiries and responses on the OhioBuys Public Solicitations page by opening the Solicitation Overview and navigating to the inquiries section of that page. OCC will try to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and State holidays. OCC will not respond to any inquiries received after 8:00 a.m. on the inquiry end date.
