The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) is the designated sole state agency to operate a call center for handling consumer complaints regarding utility service. The PUCO can be reach via phone at 1-800-686-7826 or on the Internet at Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) at
1-800-686-7826.

For complaints about non-utility matters, contact the Ohio Attorney General at
1-800-282-0515.

You also may contact the Governor's Office at 614-466-3555 and your state senator or state representative at 800-282-0253.
